Thin-sliced sausages are tossed with mozzarella, blue cheese and other Buffalo-style fixins to make a bruschetta they'll never forget.

6 oz. (1/2 of 12-oz. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER Natural Uncured Beef Sausage

1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

2 Tbsp. ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese

3 Tbsp. thin celery slices

2 Tbsp. Buffalo wing sauce

24 French bread slices (1/2 inch thick), toasted

1. Cut sausage lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin slices; place in medium bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except toast slices; mix well.

2. Place toast slices in single layer on baking sheet; top with sausage mixture.

3. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 min. or until heated through.
