Fudge Sauce

A yummy fudge sauce great when served warm over the Chocolate Roll.

1 tablespoon butter

1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate

1/3 cup boiling water

1 cup white sugar

2 tablespoons corn syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan.Add boiling water.Bring mixture to boil.Add sugar and corn syrup.Boil, stirring, for 5 minutes.Add vanilla and stir.Serve just warm over the chocolate roll.
