1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup buttermilk

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon dry sherry

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt, or to taste

4 ounces crumbled blue cheese (such as Maytag®)

Stir mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, lemon juice, sherry, and garlic salt together in a bowl. Fold blue cheese through the mixture.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours.
