A sweet dressing is made with cantaloupe and yogurt that can be used on a fruit salad, or as a dip for fruit kabobs.

1 cup cubed cantaloupe

1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

4 teaspoons white sugar

In the container of a blender, combine the cantaloupe, yogurt and sugar. Blend until smooth. Chill or serve immediately.
