What You Need

1/2 cup chopped tomato es

1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

2 tsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 Tbsp. KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing

2 whole wheat sandwich buns (6 inch), partially split

2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese

2 romaine lettuce leaves

12 slices OSCAR MAYER Natural Applewood Smoked Ham

Instructions

1. Combine first 4 ingredients.

2. Spread bottom halves of buns with reduced-fat cream cheese.

3. Fill with lettuce, ham and tomato mixture.
