Makes 16 servings.

What You Need

1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing

1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chiles , undrained

3 egg white s, lightly beaten

1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)

2 pkg. (8-1/2 oz. each) corn muffin mix

1 can (11 oz.) no-salt-added corn , drained

1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper s

Instructions

1. Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix just until moistened.

2. Pour into greased 13x9-inch pan.

3. Bake 25 to 30 min. or until golden brown.
